About AllDayToolkit

AllDayToolkit is a collection of 113 free online tools — calculators, converters, text and PDF utilities, image tools, developer helpers and AI writing assistants — plus plain-English guides to the tasks people search for most. It was started in 2026by Omar, a web developer, out of frustration with tool sites that bury a ten-second job under sign-up walls, upload forms, pop-ups and file-size limits.

What makes it different

  • Nothing to upload. Image, PDF, text and developer tools run as code in your browser. Your photo of a passport, your contract, your API token: none of it leaves your device. The only exception is the AI writing tools, which send the text you type to a language-model API to produce a result — every such page says so.
  • No account, no paywall, no watermark. Every tool works in full on the first visit, on any phone or laptop, without an app.
  • The working is shown. Each calculator and converter page explains its formula with a worked example and the edge cases where other tools get it wrong, so the result can be checked rather than trusted blindly.
  • Honest limits. Where a tool cannot do something — open an encrypted PDF, verify a JWT signature, prove a text was written by a human — the page says so instead of pretending.

How tools are built and checked

Every tool is defined once in a single registry and built from the same open components, so a fix to date arithmetic or image encoding applies everywhere at once. The calculation code behind the tools is covered by an automated test suite that runs before every deployment. Editorial content in Discover follows a written editorial policy and review process, and corrections are published on the corrections page.

How the site is funded

The site is free to use and may show advertising. Some Discover articles may contain affiliate links, which are disclosed on the page and in the affiliate disclosure. Advertising never affects which tools are built or what a guide recommends.
