Generators
Secure, client-side generators for passwords, QR codes and other handy assets. Nothing is sent to a server.
Seven generators for things you need made rather than calculated: a strong password, a QR code for a link or Wi-Fi network, random numbers for a draw, filler text for a layout, or a fair coin flip, dice roll or name pick when a decision needs to be random.

Randomness you can trust
The password generator, random number generator and UUID generator draw their randomness from the browser's cryptographic random source (Web Crypto) rather than the predictable Math.random function. That matters for passwords — a password built from a predictable generator can be reconstructed — and for anything used as an identifier or a draw with money on it. The coin flip, dice roller and name picker use the ordinary Math.random source, which is fine for games and classroom picks; each tool page says which source it uses.
Choosing between the tools
- Password Generator — pick a length and character classes, then copy. The page explains how many bits of entropy each setting gives you and why length beats symbols.
- QR Code Generator — a scannable PNG for any URL or text, created in the page; nothing about the link is logged.
- Random Number Generator — one or many numbers in a range, with or without repeats, for raffles, sampling and games.
- Random Picker, Coin Flip and Dice Roller — fair choices from a list you paste, a two-sided flip, or one to several dice.
- Lorem Ipsum Generator — paragraphs of placeholder text for mock-ups and templates, optionally starting with the classic opening line.
Nothing is stored
Generated passwords, codes and numbers exist only in your page until you copy them. The site has no account system and keeps no log of what was generated, which is the only sensible design for a password tool: if a result were stored anywhere, it would no longer be a secret.
Frequently asked questions
Can a generated password be recovered if I lose it?
No. It is never transmitted or saved, so there is nothing to recover. Store it in a password manager as soon as you create it.
Do the QR codes expire?
No. A QR code is just the text or URL encoded as a picture, with no redirect service in between, so it works for as long as the link it points to works.
Are the coin flips and dice rolls really fair?
Every face and both sides have an equal probability — the tools use the browser's standard random number generator, which is unbiased for games even though it is not the cryptographic source the password tool uses. A history of results is shown so streaks can be checked.
