Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AllDayToolkit("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and tools. We are committed to collecting as little data as possible.

1. Tools run in your browser

The large majority of our tools process your input entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript. Text, numbers, images and files you enter are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. When you close the tab, that data is gone.

A few tools need a network service to work, and each of their pages says so:

• AI writing tools (rewriter, paraphraser, summariser, grammar checker, translator, email, title, caption, hashtag, product-description, business-name, article, story and paragraph generators, cover letter generator). The text you enter and the options you choose are sent through our server to a third-party language-model inference provider (currently Groq) to generate the result. We do not store the text or the result, and the request carries no account or name. Our server applies a short-term rate limit per IP address to keep the tools free; that IP is not retained beyond the limit window. The provider processes the request under its own privacy policy.
• Currency converter. Exchange rates are fetched by your browser directly from a public rates API (open.er-api.com); the request contains the base currency only, not the amount you are converting.
• Speech to text.Uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. In Chrome, audio is processed by Google's speech service; in Safari, by Apple's. We never receive the audio.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide. If you email us, we receive the email address and message you send.
• Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

3. Cookies & analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are popular and improve the site. Any analytics data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

4. Advertising

We may display advertising in the future. If we use a third-party ad network such as Google AdSense, that network may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

5. Third-party services

We rely on reputable third parties for hosting and, where noted, analytics or advertising. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — including the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@alldaytoolkit.com.

7. Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
