Frequently asked questions

Is this a free online version of Photoshop?

It's a free, browser-based photo editor that covers the everyday Photoshop jobs — exposure and colour adjustments, filters, rotating, flipping and exporting in different formats. It isn't Adobe Photoshop and doesn't need an account, install or subscription; you just open the page and start editing.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. The editor loads and processes your image entirely in your browser using the HTML canvas. Your photo, its filename and its metadata never leave your device, so it's safe for private or sensitive pictures.

Which adjustments can I make?

Brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, blur, grayscale, sepia and colour inversion, each on its own slider. There are also one-click looks (Grayscale, Sepia, Vintage, Cool, Warm, High contrast, Cinematic, Invert) plus rotate-left/right and horizontal/vertical flip.

What formats can I save in?

You can export your edited photo as PNG (best for transparency and sharp graphics), JPG (smallest files for photos) or WebP (modern, very efficient). For JPG and WebP you can also set the quality before downloading.

Does it keep transparency?

Yes. PNG and WebP exports preserve transparent areas. JPG can't store transparency, so transparent pixels are placed on a white background when you export as JPG.

Will editing reduce image quality?

Colour and exposure adjustments are applied at the photo's full resolution, so they stay crisp. Choosing a low JPG/WebP quality or applying a heavy blur will visibly change the picture — keep quality high if you want the cleanest result.

Does it support layers and PSD files?

Yes — switch to the Advanced editor tab. It offers full Photoshop-style editing with layers, masks, adjustments and PSD support. The Quick editor covers fast filters and exports, while the Advanced editor handles serious, layered edits.

Is this a browser Photoshop or a Photoshop-like website?

Yes — it's a browser-based, online version of Photoshop. Everything runs in your web browser with nothing to install. Like other Photoshop-like websites, it gives you a familiar photo editor for free; the Advanced editor even opens PSD files and supports layers, so it works much like Photoshop in the browser.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The editor is responsive and works in mobile browsers, so you can open a photo from your phone, edit it and download the result without installing an app.
